Disabled Students’ Network Mingle
Anson Rooms Bar, Second Floor, Bristol SU, 23 Sep, 3:00PM
The Disabled Students’ Network is a place for students to exchange ideas and discuss things that could be changed to improve their experience at the University of Bristol. Examples might be: how schools support you and your disability, the opening times of Disability Services or raising broader awareness about hidden disabilities.
Throughout the year we will run forums, socials, campaigns and events. The first of these is the Welcome Week Disabled Network Mingle: a great opportunity to meet current and new students from the Disabled Network.
Networks at Bristol SU create a platform for students to build communities and create change through collective action. They are representative bodies that can lead campaigns, hold forums and have regular social events.
